This is the typical uniform worm by a Grenadier (private) of the Herman Goring Division, during Operation Market Garden, September 1944.


Wearing the standard Luftwaffe blue uniform, fleigerblouse jacket and m35 trousers. He is also wearing long marching boots. He carries the standard K98 rifle over his right shoulder.






Rear view, he is wearing the assault frame with mess tin, zeltbarn poles, gas mask canister, bread bag, water bottle and entrenching tool.








On his right arm is the cuff title of the Herman Goring Division.











His helmet is slung loosley over his ammunition pouch.
